Ketron Roofing · Jones delivery workstream

Course corrected: the deliverable is the tailored Build & Price catalog.

You redirected Codex at 1:08 PM; my earlier receipts page missed it and celebrated the wrong build. This page is the true state, reconstructed from the actual Codex conversations and a live resume of the Build session.

The correction, plainly

What you asked for

Now the target

The Ketron-branded, upgraded Roofle clone — the full catalog and buying journey at 127.0.0.1:4175 — tailored end to end for Michael: his home on every product page, his roof's measurements, the colors and options from the standard proposal.

The one-page studio (workers.dev)

Deprecated

The bespoke dark studio I verified and packaged earlier is not the deliverable. It stays alive only as a rollback and backend reference. Its URL does not go to Michael. My earlier "four decisions" framing died with it — including the FLEX flag: you had already ordered that upgrade explicitly, so it needs nothing from you.

Where the real deliverable stands

From the Build session itself, resumed read-only minutes ago.

Working local prototype — real but not release-ready

In progress

Built: Michael's catalog, product, and review pages inside the Roofle shell; all five systems at your exact approved prices; FLEX behavior with the explainer callout; 13 actual-home assets; proposal v6 attached; green build with targeted browser tests; private GitHub backup.

Still to do before Michael sees it:

What survives from this morning

Still valid

All 12 actual-home renders independently certified (12/12, five checks, pixel-diff verified). Prices confirmed identical across the approved table, proposal v6, and the tailored snapshot — locked through August 20. QuickLoc and snap-lock excluded everywhere.

The one thing that's actually yours

Is the 12-render matrix the final color palette?

The renders cover 4 Duration, 4 Windsor, and 4 metal colors. The catalog lists a few more (Brownwood, Teak, Black Oak, Natural Wood, Heather) that have no home render yet. Say "12 is the palette" and everything proceeds with zero further input — or ask for a second render batch and those five get generated from the same locked photo. Nothing else needs you.

Supervision now runs through Codex's own memory and session-resume — not repo archaeology — so a mid-day redirect like today's gets caught in minutes, not hours. Rain's bus has the corrected milestone and will narrate the next one. Agent-facing receipts live in the handoff directory.
